4 One of my favorite weddings!!  A romantic and classic wedding in a beautiful castle.  Reminds me one of those princess story, and  Katie truly had a perfect princess wedding.

Katie and Tim were married on September 20, 2013 at the beautiful Saint Clement Castle in Portland, CT.  Katie wanted the wedding to be very classic and minimum color.  We kept the red in the bridesmaids bouquets but all of the flowers from the bridal bouquet to ceremony down to the reception were white, ivory, cream and accent of green.  Roses, orchids, callas, ranunculus, hydrangeas and  green amaranths were use in the design.

Spring is here!!  I love spring, birds chirping, flowers blooming, and people just seem happier :)  So I decided that I want to blog my favorite flowers and the most popular wedding flowers.  So every Friday I’ll post a flower that is in season, colors availability and the meaning of each flower.   Also I’ll post some pictures of that particular flower being used in wedding arrangements to give you an ideas for your wedding!  I will call it Thank Goodness Its Flower Friday {TGIFF}!!!
